Employees working long hours are more unhappy

Do you work more than 40 hours per week and you would like to work less? Then you are probably more unhappy than those who have a normal work week. This is one of the findings of the PhD of Deborah De Moortel, who successfully defended her dissertation entitled “Mental well-being & employment quality in Europe. Analysing gender and social class differences from a cross-national comparative perspective on June the 7th.
