Health-Related Quality of Life with chronic (and rare) diseases.

Summary:

We aim to research Health-Related Quality of Life of people with chronic and rare diseases. The PhD project is linked to the international project LIVES (Quality of life of patients living with vascular LIVEr diseaseS) where the focus is on two rare diseases, Budd-Chiari Syndrome (BCS) and Portal Vein thrombosis (PVT), and the patients’ quality of life. The research will be conducted with quantitative research methods. Additionally, the LIVES project uses peer-based qualitative methods for data collection.
